On August 6, 2026, the former Party Secretary and Chairman of Beijing Huanwei Group, Gao Zongyang, and the current Party Secretary and Chairman of the group, He Liang, led their leadership team to visit Beijing Peace Garden Museum. They held a cooperation symposium with Li Ruohong, the President of Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation， and Wang Hongzhan， the secretary-general.

During the meeting， both sides jointly reviewed the friendly past of the sanitation workers participating in previous Peace Garden Peace Festivals. Beijing Huanwei Group expressed its deep gratitude for the foundation's generous support of donating 600，000 masks during the pandemic and shared their profound bond of public welfare. The group introduced that in line with the new era's corporate mission， it had participated in the National Day Tian'anmen Military Parade and independently developed sanitation equipment that was exported to many countries around the world， using industrial strength to contribute to international friendly exchanges， which was highly consistent with the foundation's core purpose of deepening civilian diplomacy， promoting cultural mutual exchange， and conducting peace-related public welfare activities.

The foundation introduced the planning for this year's Peace Garden Peace Festival： In addition to continuing to promote cooperation with UNESCO's "Global Youth Photo Contest"， it has newly added international short-video competitions， online dialogue and exchange platforms， and other international public welfare projects. It sincerely welcomes all partners to collaborate and expand international communication channels.
