
Following the joint event with Rice University in the United States to commemorate the Flying Tigers Pilots in WWII, on May 19th, 2026, during the International Museum Day, a delegation of students&faculty from Princeton University and the students from Beijing Language and Culture University, totaling over 50 people, visited the Beijing Peace Garden Museum. During the international cultural and educational exchange dialogue event, Professor Li Ruohong, the chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and the president of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, delivered a speech, along with Professor Lipton and Professor Joseph from the International Relations College of Princeton University. They discussed the mutual learning of civilizations and educational public welfare cooperation between the two countries among the young people. Secretary Wang Hongzhan of the Foundation, Director Yang Hui, Xiao Youmao, and special guests also participated in this event. The teachers and students from the two schools jointly watched the performances of the art delegation from Beijing Language and Culture University, including "Jasmine Flower" and "Chinese Flower Drum". German violinist Elfi Stahlecker played classical music. Through the medium of museums, the public understanding and cooperation space for international exchanges were developed.
