On March 18th , in the context of the 2026 China-Africa People-to-People Exchange Year and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Africa, a Ghanaian government delegation led by H.E. Mr. Tsatsu, Presidential Advisor of Ghana, and Dr. Harry, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Ghana in China, visited the Beijing Peace Garden Museum. They held pragmatic and friendly talks with Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation, and directors and officials of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation.
During the talks, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges of views on China-Ghana people-to-people diplomacy, finance and trade, science, technology and energy, culture and tourism, digital economy, peace and public welfare, and reached a number of cooperation consensuses, injecting new impetus into China-Africa friendship and China-Ghana cooperation.
Chairman Li Ruohong expressed gratitude to the Ghanaian Presidential Advisor for the high recognition of the Foundations’ international influence and contributions to peace and public welfare in line with international consensus. He introduced the trinity platform consisting of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, Peace Garden Museum and Peace Health Development Center, highlighting its strengths in branding, resource allocation, as well as conditions for project cooperation and achievements in promoting cultural dialogue, sister-city relations and cross-border and cross-industry international cooperation.

He stated that China and Ghana enjoy a profound traditional friendship, and China-Africa cooperation boasts broad prospects. The foundations will support the implementation of the Vision for China-Africa Cooperation 2035 with the "Peace + 1" public welfare model. Amid a volatile and intertwined international landscape, they will promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind through people-to-people bonds.
During the warm and sincere dialogue, the Ghanaian Presidential Advisor, Deputy Ambassador, Minister, Counselor and other members of the delegation expressed the hope that the foundations will organize delegations to visit and conduct inspections in Ghana and its cities, so as to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism. The delegation also appreciated the collections and landscapes of the Peace Garden Museum.
