From 25th-27th of November, 2015, at the state of emergency period after France suffered from an unprecedented terrorist attack, Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation headed a delegation to attend the 8th World Peace and Sports Forum in Monaco. Over 500 Representatives from the United Nations and other international organizations attended the Forum, including Prince Albert II of Monaco, Mr.Daniel, Prime Minister of Gabon,  Mr.Bouzou ,President of the Peace and Sports organization and many Olympic champions.

In the evening of 25th,Nov.,Mr.Li Ruohong with thousands of international sports celebrities took a Peace Walk together from Monte Carlo Plaza ,expressing grief and condolences for those innocent victims of civilians in Paris terrorist attacks, and support of anti-terrorism, anti-war appeal for people all over the world.

On the 8th World Peace and Sports Forum Awards Ceremony held On 26th, November, Mr.Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation representing the international NGO, issued the “ 2015 Annual Non-Governmental Organization Award" to “School of Hope”in Congo which devotes to helping abused women and children. On the podium, Mr. Li Ruohong said: “Sport is an effective way of anti-war, anti-terrorist and anti-poverty, and an important standard to measure a country's equal competition, inclusiveness and openness . Mr.Li also shared experiences and achievements with the guests on how China World Peace Foundation and Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation promote sports by the fusion of social responsibility and people diplomacy with "peace + 1" concept. Mr. Li also encouraged sports organizations from other countries to have a win-win cooperation and communication with China in the "One belt one road initiative" and the development of sports industry. During the forum, Mr.Li talked with friends from Peace&Sports Organization, and many sports organizations in other countries.

Ms.Honey, incumbent FIFA official Palestinian women athletes, Mr.Kashi, Pakistan well-known professional footballer, Ms.Tegla, Kenyan runner Olympic champion, Ms.Elana, IAAF World Half Marathon six times record breaker from South Africa  and some other famous athletes wrote inscriptions for China World Peace Foundation expressing best wishes from the "Peace Champions & Ambassadors"
