On 5th August 2015, Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation (CWPF), met Albania Ambassador H.E. Kujtim Xhani in Peace Museum. After having seen the Peace Stones and Peace Garden Museum and having listened to the brief introduction about the Foundation and its cooperation with many enterprises along the “one belt one road countries” in the fields of economy, culture, think tank and international charity under the concept of “Four Wheels Drive”, H.E. Kujtim said humorously “we are late, but luckily we are not too late”. And then H.E. Ambassador introduced that Albania, as one member of Mid Europe and East Europe 16+1 (China) summit , has cooperated with many Chinese state-owned enterprises in the construction of railway, seaport and agriculture projects. H.E. Ambassador also expects to set up an effective economic and cultural organization with BIPCF and CWPF in the future to promote economic and cultural cooperation between China and Albania.

After the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Kujtim Xhani happily wrote for the Peace Stones ”Peace is a wonderful word, to contribute for Peace is my honor. ”.
