On September 27th , 2025, in Beijing, as the National Day of the People's Republic of China and the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival are approaching, a unique "2025 Diplomatic Envoys’ National Day&Mid-Autumn Festival Poetry&Music Gala" was staged at the Peace Garden Museum in Beijing. Ambassadors and their wives from Romania, Malta, Senegal and other countries, diplomats, foreign-funded enterprises and guests from all walks of life gathered together. With the bright moon as the medium, they used music and poetry to build a cultural bridge that transcends national boundaries, sharing friendship and enjoying reunion.

Mr. Li Ruohong, the chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and the President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, in his speech, first extended a warm welcome to the envoys and guests from various countries. He pointed out: "The poetic traditions of all ethnic groups in the world are the treasures of their respective cultures, containing profound wisdom about life and artistic value, and are the common spiritual wealth of all mankind. We hope that through today's poetry communication, the world will be a little touched and friendship will be promoted.

At the event venue, the atmosphere of cultural integration was particularly intense. The teenagers presented a Peking Opera performance full of charm and a Sichuan Opera face-changing show with exquisite skills, winning rounds of applause. The guests also participated in the making of intangible cultural heritage handmade moon cakes and experienced Chinese calligraphy together with the diplomatic envoys in China, personally experiencing the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture. Mr. Sheng Yuan, a renowned musician, performed many famous Chinese and foreign pieces on the spot. The melodious tunes added an elegant artistic atmosphere to the event.

The most touching part was when the foreign envoys to China, accompanied by the blind piano boy Xuanxuan, recited classic poems from their respective countries with deep emotion. The rhythms of different languages and the beautiful sounds of the piano interweave, vividly presenting the theme of "The five continents share the same bright moon, and the four seas are one family", conveying the common yearning for peace and friendship.

This event is jointly organized by the Beijing International Peace Cult Foundation, Peace Garden Museum and Voice of Diplomacy. It is not only a warm international friendly gathering, but also a vivid exchange of intangible cultural heritage and traditional culture, fully embodying the common aspiration of people from all over the world for peaceful development and cooperation.
