On October 31^st , Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, met with Mr. Ho Un Hyok(허은혁) , the outgoing Cultural Counsellor of DPRK Embassy, and the newly appointed Cultural Counsellor Mr. Jung Young Sam(정영삼) at the Peace Garden Museum. Counselor Mr. Ho reviewed the successful cooperation with our foundation in cultural public welfare during his tenure, and solemnly entrusted the civil cultural public welfare cooperation between the DPRK Embassy and our foundation for the next three years to Counselor Mr. Jung Young Sam. Counselor Mr. Jung happily accepted the task and looks forward to first organizing and encouraging DPRK youths to showcase their country’s cultural heritages to the world through the " Youth Eyes on Silk Road" photography contest hosted by our foundation and UNESCO.
