On October 9th , 2023, Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, and Mr. Arkady Dvorkovich, President of  Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE )who participated in the closing ceremony of the Asian Games, and Ms. Zhu Chen, the world chess champion, held an exchange meeting on peace and sports in the construction of the "Silk Road" and the operation of international organizations in Beijing. Chairman Li Ruohong awarded the Peace Ambassador Medal to Mr. Arkady Dvorkovich. who presented back a chess board signed by him and the world champion to the Peace Garden Museum.
