Zhang Chunxian, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, introduced the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and put forward four suggestions on deepening friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between local governments of the two countries: first, we should take the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations as an opportunity to firmly promote the construction of China Pakistan Economic Corridor, translate political mutual trust into practical achievements of common development, and better benefit the two peoples; Second, we should strengthen the docking of each other's development strategies, plans and policies, vigorously promote the local governments of the two countries, especially friendly cities, to achieve mutual benefit, win-win and common development, help the Pakistan Iron Brothers get rid of poverty and achieve sustainable development of high standards and benefiting people's livelihood; Third, we should strengthen mutual learning, provide institutional and legal guarantee for China Pakistan mutually beneficial cooperation, actively create a good cooperation environment and build a solid social foundation of public opinions; Fourth, we should strengthen security cooperation, actively carry out experience sharing and cooperation in smart cities, safe cities and joint prevention and control of security, ensure the safety of the lives and interests of the two peoples, and create a reliable security environment for bilateral cooperation.
