On the morning of June 25th , 2019, Meng Songlin,Member of Standing Committee of Hulun Buir Municipal City People’s Congress and Director of Publicity Department of Hulun Buir Municipal City Party Committee visited Peace Garden. He had friendly talks with Professor Li Ruohong, President of China World Peace Foundation. During the talks, Minister Meng emphasized the importance of Mongolian culture and the vision of bringing Mongolian culture to the world. Over the years, he has always insisted on learning and studying Mongolian language, history and culture. He has published many publications in both classic Mongolian, Chinese and Cyrillic Mongolian successively, which has contributed to the prosperity and development of Mongolian culture. In fact, The Secret History of Mongolia is his special work to interpret Genghis Khan's story. Professor Li proposed that Mongolia culture should be integrated with the world, develop its own characteristics featured with “Belt and Road”, and cooperate with countries in the Central Asia and Northeast Asia. In addition, Professor Li hopes that Mongolian culture will become an international educational achievement, which will be widely supported and recognized by the international community.
