On June 24, 2019, hosted by CDF,CCIIP, the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province in Beijing and undertook by Beijing Heilongjiang Enterprise Chamber of Commerce as well as co-organized by Provincial Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and "The Belt and Road" National Chamber of Commerce, “The Belt and Road Initiative" Project Cooperation Summit and the 2019 First“The Belt and Road Initiative " Chamber of Commerce President Forum was held in International Convention Center.

Dr. Li Ruohong was invited to attend “The Belt and Road Initiative" Project Cooperation Summit and the 2019 First “The Belt and Road Initiative " Chamber of Commerce President Forum. In the speech, Dr. Li and Sharaf, former Egyptian Prime Minister, a member of the Belt and Road Committee, respectively talked about the cooperation agreement signed by the two sides the day before yesterday to promote the economic and social development in various fields  between China, Arab countries and African countries.Dr. Li also pointed out that the various provincial and municipal Chambers of Commerce had made outstanding contributions to national economic development, livelihood employment and social security.However, when a major country was faced with a complex international environment, it need national principle. However, when the comprehensive national strength reached a certain level, it should reflect the soft power of "four-wheel drive" -- people's diplomatic community, multi-culture, scientific and technological achievements, and social responsibility. Only by grasping the tools to understand the world can we aggregate the power to transform the world.

Dr. Li emphasized on the cooperation with the UNESCO to jointly develop the Interactive Atlas of Cultural Interactions along the Silk Roads project with attraction and sustainable development. Dr. Li once put forward the "Peace +1" initiative at the UN headquarters, which was quickly echoed by more than 180 countries and international organizations.The project was recommended to world leaders by UN secretary general Antonio Guterres. It served as a contribution to the world.
