On the morning of March 29, 2019, Dr. Li Ruohong, President of China World Peace Foundation and Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation had a positive and friendly talk with the delegation led by Mr. Horner, former Vice Governor and Director of the Finance Department of Alberta, Canada, at the Heyuan Museum. They had a deep discussion on the difficulties, hot issues and prospects of economic and social development between China and North America. Enter the discussion. Dr. Li said: contradictions between governments at different historical stages needs solutions and the building of a common community of a shared future for mankind should integrate the network of “Belt and Road”, which will help to add vivid practice into the international community through inter-party and academic exchanges and cultural and people's livelihood cooperation. The two sides also discussed methods and suggestions on and concrete win-win measures in  international non-governmental cooperation.
