From Dec 24thto Dec 28th 2013, on the occasion of the 120thAnniversary of Mao Zedong’s birth, Chairman of China World Peace FoundationProf. Li Ruohong led a delegation to the old revolutionary areas in JiangxiProvince. Accompanied by the leaders of local municipal Party committee,Municipal People’s Congress and municipal government, the delegation maderesearch and investigation.

The delegationstudied information about Cadre Institutions in Ruijin and visited ChinaExecutive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan. They visited the exhibition hall inthe academy and discussed with school officials about expanding internationalinfluence and intensifying new idea alliance. The academy also expressed thatthey wish to work with China World Peace Foundation and expand their range of internationalactivities. Mr. Li introduced current status of international exchanges andsuggested that China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan could strengtheninternational communication and elevate their schooling experience to a higherlevel. At the meanwhile, more people in international society shall know thesincere attitude and current situation of Chinese cadre education andunderstand Chinese Dream at a deeper and wider level through this.  

During theinvestigation in Ruijin and Jinggangshan, the delegates visited localrevolutionary sites and discussed with municipal leaders about their ideas on howto promote international communication, brand-building, brand propaganda andpositioning. It was agreed that people in soviet areas made historicalcontributions to Chinese revolution. Today, they unite together in a new formto make a new chapter. This is not only a new long march from red memory toChinese Dream but also a new peace development goal from Chinese Dream to WorldDream.

Mr. Li concerned alot about the revolutionary history of Jinggangshan. He laid wreaths for themartyrs and made a simple speech, “Peace, development and strong are importanttargets of the Chinese Dream put forward by President Xi Jinping. The redarmies and Jinggangshan people in those days made great sacrifice for peacecause. We should work even harder for peace development in this new time andunder new situation. We believe that China World Peace Foundation caneffectively do better in international exchange and cooperation after thisvisit to revolutionary ares.”

During the meetingwith municipal government leaders and overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, thehonorary chairman of Ganzhou Overseas Chinese Businessman Association Mr. LiRuohong fully affirmed the aims of the Association “fellowship and cooperation,solidarity and service, openness and tolerance, win-win and development”. Leadersof local municipal party committee and business representatives expressed theirwish to strengthen the cooperation and communication with China World PeaceFoundation who also said that in the coming next year, they will concern moreon self-development as well as the contacts and connection with revolutionaryareas so as to intensify international publicity and cooperation. 

During the five-day fieldinvestigation, the two sides discussed and reached multiple cooperationintentions which cover many areas. These intentions will be deeply arguedrecently. At the end of investigation, Mr. Li Ruohong said, “We hope we canwork with the overseas business friends and local government to grasp theopportunity of new round of reform and opening up, jointly realize our dreams,create miracles and make new contributions on the land of such a revolutionaryarea with late-mover advantage and rich cultural heritage.”
